As a graphic design professional, I have learned the value of being part of a great team. I like working with others, but can just as easily initiate my own tasks as needed. I can handle the pressures of deadlines and still keep people and projects moving. Open to creative collaboration, I strive to think "out of the box" in order to draw out the creativity of others. I am encouraged when I see others succeed and I strive to motivate and inspire clients and colleagues to do "better than their best" in everything they do.
I have some wicked skills in focusing on the details of project management, digital publishing and print design. I love mentoring and teaching others and have not been afraid to try new and unique ways to work. Efficiency is my mantra. Farming is where I come from; design is what I do.
